1.Axis Control

The system can simultaneously control 3, 4,  5 coordinate axes, enabling high-speed cutting  superior machining quality.

2.Tool Offset Compensation

Modern CNC systems are equipped with tool radius compensation for 3D space straight lines, enhancing machining accuracy.

3.CNC Programming Function

The system offers robust programming capabilities. Operators can manually program the machining of plane profile parts composed of lines  arcs using the color graphic display terminal. The system’s software automatically calculates intersection  tangent points of the profile.

4.Parallel Operation

The CNC system supports parallel operation modes: machine control mode  programming mode. While the machine tool is processing a part, operators can simultaneously perform manual programming, input external programs via the data transmission interface,  edit  modify existing programs. The graphic display terminal allows for the simulation of another processing program in real-time, enabling preview  editing during machining.

5.Tool Management  Monitoring

Modern CNC machines, particularly those evolving into machining centers, are equipped with tool magazines holding dozens of tools. The CNC system manages  controls the tool magazine, automatically changing cutting tools according to the program’s instructions.

6.High  Low-Speed Feed Control

The feed speed control of the CNC system is a critical performance metric. Modern systems can precisely control the high-speed movement of machine tool components over short distances. This capability is particularly advantageous for surface machining, significantly reducing machining time while maintaining high-quality finishes, even in areas with significant curvature changes.
